"Cowboys in the Kitchen" - NEW John Hart Tribute Edition - January, 2010

This is more than the purchase of a cookbook as it contains more than some great sounding recipes. I have to tell you that the first thing noticed is the cover. Very colorful as you can tell from the picture above. There are a variety of pictures of John inside, from different areas of his acting career. One in particular is a nice color and autographed photo of him kneeling by his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. John includes some of his personal recipes as well as from fellow actors like Ben Johnson, Jock O'Mahoney, Peggy Stewart, Jay Silverheels and Richard Farnsworth. Lots of stories including "The Hollywood Cowboys" and "A Big Hat" and some of John's own experiences.

Mick LaFever has announced a limited edition of John's cookbook, to be available in late January or early February, 2010. Mick says: We left the cookbook just as John wrote it but changed the inside of the covers, added a couple of new illustration pages and Beryl wrote a new page that was added upfront. This new edition is named the "John Hart Tribute Edition" in his honor. (Beryl was John's wife) Mick also informed me that it will be a print run limit of 100 copies. The book will sell for $29.99 each plus $3.99 for shipping and orders are accepted now but the book won't be ready to ship until late January or early February.
